The office is closed for the end of year vacations between December 18th and January 6th included.
A treatment plan was given to you during your last visit to our dental office. In order to reserve your child's treatment session, a deposit is required.
Why do I need a deposit?
For your child's comfort, we set aside a considerable amount of time for treatment, as well as the presence of at least three members of our team. Our time slots fill up quickly and we appreciate your commitmentWithout it, we would be preventing another child from starting treatment early.
That's why we need your confirmation of presence by means of a 120€ deposit that you pay to us in order to book your appointment.
Is it deducted from my bill?
Your deposit will, of course, be deducted from the amount you will have to pay for the treatment.
What if I have to cancel?
If you should exceptionally cancel, please do so 72 hours in advance so that we can offer your time slot to another family. If this is the case, we will have to cash in your deposit.
